MNI maintains databases of business profiles (the "Business Databases"). These may include contact details for specific individuals within companies, usually full name, job title, business email address and/or business phone number, company name, and city/state, along with company-level information and classifications. Our customers may use these Business Databases for procurement, sourcing, quoting, purchasing, vendor selection, sales, marketing, executive recruiting, mergers/acquisitions, or market research, subject to their agreements with MNI and applicable law.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (for example: social security numbers, financial account numbers, precise personal location, health or biometric data) and we do not knowingly process information about minors.

Information in the Business Databases may be collected from a variety of sources, including: company websites, public business filings, press releases, trade publications, phone verification, direct outreach to businesses, business directories, professional networking sites, and other publicly available sources. We do not permit customers to use Business Database data to train or improve their AI/ML models, as described in our agreements and Terms of Use. We do not sell personal information for third-party AI training.

MNI may share personal information with vendors and service providers (for example: hosting, IT services, analytics, email delivery, customer support tools, marketing services, accounting, and legal) who assist us under contractual obligations to protect the data and use it only for providing services to MNI.

If you use our Sites to communicate with or request a quote from a listed business, those businesses will receive the information you provide. After they receive your information, they act as independent controllers of that information, and their practices are governed by their own policies.

MNI shares data from our Business Databases with customers who license or subscribe to our Services, subject to contractual restrictions. Once a customer obtains that data, the customer becomes an independent controller of that information and is responsible for complying with applicable law and honoring requests from individuals.

We may work with analytics providers and advertising partners that use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about device and browsing activity over time so they can provide analytics, measure campaign performance, and deliver ads tailored to interests. Where required, you may have choices to opt out of certain targeted advertising.

We may disclose personal information to comply with law enforcement requests, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes; to defend our legal rights; to investigate suspected fraud or security issues; or to protect the rights, safety, and property of MNI, our Users, and others.
