MNI reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Any use of MNI content, data, or databases without a valid written license agreement from MNI is strictly prohibited. No license or right is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. This prohibition includes, without limitation, copying, extracting, exporting, reformatting, modifying, creating derivative works, using in training or development of artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, or incorporating any portion of the content or data into any product, service, database, model, or system.

MNI deploys hidden seed records, watermarking, usage analysis, and other proprietary monitoring technologies to detect unauthorized usage of its copyrighted data. MNI actively enforces its intellectual property rights and pursues all violations to the fullest extent permitted by law. Statutory damages are set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 504, which provide for statutory damages of up to $30,000 per work infringed, and up to $150,000 per work for willful infringement, plus attorneys' fees and costs where applicable.

If you believe that any content on an MNI website infringes your copyright, please provide written notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) including the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
2. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
