• You may not, without prior written permission from MNI, do any of the following:
  • Combine any of our Marks with your name, your marks, or any generic terms
  • Incorporate any of our Marks into your company name, product name, service name, or logo
  • Change the color, proportions, or appearance of any MNI logo
  • Edit, animate, distort, or otherwise modify any MNI logo
  • Use old, outdated, or altered versions of our logos
  • Add words, graphics, or elements directly around or on the logos
  • Overlap our logos with shapes, patterns, or photos
  • Associate our Marks with any vulgar, obscene, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful material
• You may not create any social media account, advertising account, or online identity that implies affiliation with or endorsement by MNI.
• You may not use our Marks in any advertising, marketing, or promotional materials (including digital, social, PPC, or AI-generated content).
• You may not register or use any trademark, domain name, subdomain, app name, or logo that imitates, incorporates, or could be confused with any MNI Mark.
• You may not use our Marks in meta tags, keywords, hidden text, prompts, or any similar technical or SEO-related usage.

All other trademarks appearing on MNI websites, including company names, brand names, product names, and/or service names, remain the property of their respective owners.

Any unauthorized use of MNI's Marks may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition and may subject the user to legal action.
